Mimosa Tales of the Unexpected 3

This is Tales of the Unexpected 3, published by Mimosa (SA Magazine Co) +/- 1960.
It reprints the cover and the following 3 stories from DC Comics' Tales of the Unexpected 34 (1958):

Honiball

T. O. Honiball was one of  South Africa's best known cartoonists. He produced numerous cartoons and comic strips between 1936 and 1978.

His "Oom Kaspaas en Nefie" comic strips were published for many years in "Die Burger" newspaper. They were published between 1939 and 1957.

They were popular enough to be reprinted in ten book volumes of collections between 1940 and 1949.

The next series he produced was "Jakkals en Wolf" for "Die Jongspan" newspaper, between 1942 and 1969.

Honiball also drew "Faan Brand" for Die Jongspan in 1946:
Honiball also drew "Kalie Skietebok" for Die Burger in 1951, and "Caltex-Kaskenades" for Die Burger and Die Jongspan in 1954.

Later came the series "Adoons-hulle" which was published in "Die Huisgenoot" between 1948 and 1971.
